We do not refer, endorse, recommended, verify, evaluate or guarantee other services provided by the advisors/ consultants or by the company that is not relevant to the services provided by Vervitude.
10. Categories & Specialization
The Vervitude website application is bifurcated into various categories and specialization that caters to the sphere of work acknowledging different fields. The categories & specializations mentioned on the website are subject to change in accordance with updates, global trends and other relevant factors.
The ‘Vervitude’ website is a platform that onboards verified consultants that offers opinions, analysis, and recommendations to organizations or individuals, based on their own expertise.
11. Modes of Communication
Vervitude has categorized four modes of communication to communicate with consultants as per the user’s requirement. The communication modes are tailored accordingly that taps the interests of the user, offering them a flexible route.
12. Wallet & Recharge
Vervitude offers a wallet system wherein the user is required to recharge a particular amount to avail of the services in accordance with the choice of communication. If the user wishes to withdraw the balance, he/she is required to contact support to avoid any fraudulent and/or swindling issues.
In case of a failed transaction, the amount will be redeposited to your wallet within 3 to 7 working days. In any scenario, If the user wants to withdraw the balance in the wallet, he/she is required to connect with the customer support.
13. Content Posted on Platform
Vervitude owns all the information, data, text, designs, pictures, content, logo, interface and different materials posted on the platform. Furthermore, all brand names, administration marks, business trademarks and proprietary advantages concerning the Platform are property of Vervitude or relevant to an associated third party.
The user doesn't have any authority to duplicate, replicate, republish, post, transfer, send data without any authorization or written consent. In any such scenario. necessary action will be strictly taken.
The user is deemed to use the platform according to mentioned laws by the website and/or mobile application and shall not it anyway breach any applicable laws & regulations.
14. Intellectual Property
Vervitude retains all intellectual property rights in the services. The ‘Vervitude’ website, logo and names are trademarks of Vervitude and are registered in certain jurisdictions. 16. Limitation on Liability

20. For Majeure
Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes (which causes are hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control. Examples of events that might trigger a force majeure clause into effect include a declaration of war, a disease epidemic, a hurricane, earthquake, or other natural disaster events that fall under the legal term, “act of God.”
